<p>PURPOSE:To need no stationary burner by providing an auxiliary fuel supply pipe in a previously mixing chamber, an auxiliary burner in a furnace, and a heat exchanger and a deodorized gas discharge pipe in a heat exchanging chamber, and connecting the heat exchanger and the previously mixing chamber through a dryer discharge gas introducing pipe. CONSTITUTION:Drier exhaust gas discharged from a drier 11 of a printer is introduced in a heat exchanger 15 by the use of a blower 13, deodorized gas is exchanged with heat, heated, introduced in a heat exchanger 17 of a deodorizating device body 1, the deodorized gas is exchanged with heat, heated again, and introduced in a previously mixing chamber 4. In the case where the temperature of a furnace 5 is low, auxiliary fuel is fed from an auxiliary fuel tank 7 to the previously mixing chamber 4, mixed with drier exhaust gas, introduced in the furnace 5 through a lower part radiant converter 2. On the other hand, the auxiliary fuel is supplied to an auxiliary burner 9, ignited, burned and odor components of exhaust gas is burned. At this time the temperature in the furnace 5 is detected by a heat gage, detecting signals are transmitted to a control valve 10 and the temperature of the furnace 5 is maintained at 700-1000 deg.C. Therefore, drier exhaust gas flowed to the deodorizating device can disuse stationary burners.</p> |
