发明名称 PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out precision molding and enhance release properties by injection filling a molten resin material into a cavity in the state that high speed micro-vibration or supersonic vibration is applied to a mold by a proper means and molding. CONSTITUTION:A material is injection filled while high speed micro-vibration or supersonic vibration is carried out for the whole or part of a mold. At that time, micro-foams and the like in the material are separated by vibration and fluidized in the state of increased density of the material. Also, vibration friction is generated in a section where the surface of a cavity or the like of the mold is in contact with the material. Particles of the material in the contact section and the layer section close to the contact section are vibrated at high speed, micro-moved, fluidized, resonate and generate heat. The melt fluidizing properties are retained by heat to prevent or delay the formation of a skin layer caused by being brought into contact with the mold and lowering the temperature. Even the microshape, therefore, is infiltrated and filled, as a result of which ultra-precision molding is adjusted and extremely good release properties are provided.
