PURPOSE:To improve the cleaning property by using a toner containing a binding resin grain and an organic fine grain whose diameter is smaller than that of said grain. CONSTITUTION:A toner for constituting a developer is allowed to contain a binding resin grain consisting of a stylene compound resin, etc., and an organic fine grain consisting of a vinyl compound polymer, etc., whose diameter is smaller than that of said grain. As for the mean diameter of a primary grain of the organic fine grain, 0.01-5mum is desirable, and when the mean diameter is excessive, the developing density of the toner is apt to drop due to the drop of fluidity of the toner. On the other hand, when the mean diameter is too small, a sufficient cleaning property cannot be obtained. As for such a toner, physical sticking force to a latent image carrying body 10 is weak, no damage is attended in the carrying body 10 and a cleaning blade 52, and a residual toner can be brought to cleaning satisfactorily. |
