PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a die by providing a moving plate being movable back and forth with respect to a fixed plate and having a hydraulic cylinder in its inner part and forming a projection at the opposite side of the fixed plate of the moving plate on the piston of the hydraulic cylinder and further providing adjustably a stopper which may act to regulate the forward stroke limitation and backward stroke limitation of a piston between the projection and moving plate. CONSTITUTION:Through advancing the moving plate 11, a cavity is constituted between the moving die 7 and fixed die 6. Herein, a compression part exits between the dies 6, 7 to each other. Then, the resin is injected from the nozzle 10 of the fixed die 6 into the cavity, and a die attaching plate 51 is moved by making a compression cylinder 13 to be effected, so that the compression is performed. In the compression stroke, a core rod 24 and the die attaching plate 51 are integrally advanced and, as a uniform pressure is applied over the entire surface of the die, the second stopper 35 comes into contact with the first stopper 28 and stopped. After the solidification of the resin, a protrusion cylinder 39 is operated and projected so as to advance the plate 40, the article is thrust out by an ejector pin 50. By this manner, the stopper can easily be positioned. |
