PURPOSE:To obtain the laminate in which the polymer film with heat resistance is firmly stuck to a metallic foil by employing the thin layer of the silane coupling agent containing nitrogen in the laminate composed of metallic foil, the thin layer of the silane coupling agent containing nitrogen and the polymer layer film with heat resistance as shown by specified structure formulas. CONSTITUTION:After one surface of the metallic foil has been coated with the nitrogen-containing silane coupling agent composed of one kind or more selected from the compound group shown by structure formulas (1)-(7), said agent is dried. Next, the surface of the silane coupling agent layer having been formed, is coated directly with the solution in which polyamide acid, as the precursor of polyamide, formed by the reaction of e.g., aromatic diamine and aromatic tetracarbon acid dianhydride, is dissolved in organic solvent. Then, the solvent is driven out by heating, and the polymer film with heat resistance is formed. Thus, the flexible metallic foil-laminate to which the polymer film with heat resistance is firmly stuck, can be obtained. |
