PURPOSE:To reduce the number of assembly processes and to reduce a production cost by a method wherein two terminals to which two LED's are not connected mutually are connected to external connection terminals. CONSTITUTION:The + side of a first LED 11 is connected to that of a second LED 12; a protective diode 13 of reverse polarity is connected to the first LED 11 in parallel; a protective diode 14 of reverse polarity is connected to the second LED 12 in parallel. The first LED 41 is, e.g., a red-radiating LED; the second LED 12 is e.g., a green-radiating LED; the radiating colors are decided to be different from each other. In addition, the - side of the first LED 11 and the - side of the second LED 12 are connected to external connection terminals 15, 16, respectively. By this setup, a wiring operation is simplified; the number of assembly processes can be reduced. |
