PURPOSE:To manufacture a base, optically isotropic and with a smooth surface, by using a bonding agent to fix molding units to a backing component and an epoxy acrylate group filler for a filler between units. CONSTITUTION:Units 1 are disposed on a backing component 3 by using a bonding agent 2. An epoxy acrylate group bonding agent is used as the bonding agent thereon. A filler 4 is formed into the spaces between the units, and an epoxy acrylate group filler is used as the filler. Ultraviolet rays are directed after filling to cure the filler. The phase difference of 0.1-5nm is found in a base by checking the birefringence of the base, and no warping of the base is found. |
