<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove dust adhered to the surface of a magnetic disk easily in a simple manner, by providing an ion generating means which resolves molecules of the air to generate minus and plus ions, and supplying the air including ions generated by said ion generating means into a shell. CONSTITUTION:A heating means 4 is provided with a supersonic horn 8 for pressing welding bosses at four corners of the upper surface of a shell 2 held by a supporting means 3. The supersonic horn 8 vibrates the shell 2 by supersonic waves to heat and weld the welding bosses. An air supply means 5 is provided with an ion generating means 6 which resolves molecules of the air and generates plus and minus ions. A dust recovery means 9 is coupled at a discharge port of the ion generating means 6, so that the dust in the air can be effectively removed by the electrostatic force. In the dust recovery means 9, metallic plates 10 are aligned in parallel and in an insulating manner from each other. An adjacent plate 10 is impressed with voltage. The air supply means 5 is provided with a nozzle 11 for supplying the air including the ions generated by the ion generating means 6 to within the shell 2 and, a suction means 12 for sucking the air from within the shell 2.</p> |
