The cover, apart from the two parallel side edges which work with guide rails fixed to the opening, has a bottom rail at one end arranged at right-angles to the parallel side edges. The covering is provided with pref. an electric motor to apply it or withdraw it, and at least the one end (10) of the bottom rail (9) when the covering is in position works in conjunction with one arm (12) of a two-arm tip component (12-14) which in the rest position permits passage of the the bottom rail to the covering location. - Snap engagement of the bottom rail prevents it from moving backwards, this movement being only possible if the tip component second arm (13) is made to push the first arm (12) away from the bottom rail. The two arms of the tip component form an angle with one another, and are pivotable around an axis (14) at right-angles to the covering bottom rail. The first arm is spring-activated, and the second (13) is subject to the effect of an electro-magnet (16). |
