PURPOSE:To obtain a TOFU (soybean curd) producing apparatus providing a water-immersing cylinder provided inside of a pot, a filter-attached outer cylinder provided outside of the above-mentioned cylinder, rotation device for the outer cylinder and pulverizing device for pulverizing soybeans put in the water-immersing cylinder and discharging the pulverized soybeans into the outer cylinder and capable of readily producing in homes. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans A swelled in a water-immersing cylinder 2 is pulverized by a pulverizer 6, discharged into an outer cylinder 4, directly heated and the outer cylinder 4 is rotated by an rotating device 5 and the pulverized soybeans is centrifuged to soy-milk and OKARA (bean curd refuse) by a filter 3. Then a solidifying agent is added to the soy-milk to provide the TOFU (soybean curd). According to the above-mentioned method, complicate operation hitherto carried out can be continuously carried out in same container by only charging soybean and water into the water-immersing cylinder 2.
