PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. which gives a curing product having excellent tensile properties, adhesive strength, weather resistance, heat resistance and water resistance, by blending together a satd. hydrocarbon polymer and a (meth)acrylic ester polymer each having at least one crosslinkable silicon- contg. group. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. satd. hydrocarbon polymer having at least one silicon- contg. group which has a hydroxy or hydrolyzable group bonded to an Si atom and is crosslinkable by forming a siloxane bond and which is represented by formula I [wherein R<1> and R<2> are each a 1-20C alkyl, a 6-20 C aryl, a 7-20C aralkyl, or a triorganosiloxane group of formula II (wherein R<-> is a 1-20 C alkyl) ; X is OH, or a hydrolyzable group; a is 0-3; b is 0-2 provided that a+mb>=1 and that b's are not necessarily identical in m groups of formula III; and m is 0-19] is blended with 1-1000 pts.wt. (meth)acrylic ester polymer having at least one silicon-contg. group as defined above. |
