PURPOSE:To avoid the obstruction to a driving field of view in a cabin, by overlaying information film, on which information is recorded, in a transparent cartridge on the written contents of a member, in which writing is made, and providing the film at a position where it can be observed by eyesight. CONSTITUTION:A plotter 1 is constituted by a writing member 50, e.g. an oil felt pen, and a flat shaped member 60, in which writing ia made, e.g. semitransparent film. The writing member 50 is driven by a driving mechanism 10, whose driving force is directed in two perpendicularly intersecting directions, and moved on the same plane. The member 60 is provided along the moving plane of said writing member 50. The plotter 1 is provided in a vehicle information display device. Information film, on which information is recorded, in a transparent cartridge 70 is overlayed on the written contents of the member 60, in which writing is made, and provided at a position where it can be seen. In this way, the configuration of the device can be made thin, and the driving field of a view in a cabin is not obstructed. |
