PROCESS OF CERAMIC CAPACITOR MANIFACTURE

The method for a ceramic capacitor comprises steps for ; (i) mixing ceramic powder and binder consisting of 9 wt.% aqueous solution of poly-vinyl-alcohol; (ii) pressing the mixt. for making the disc-shape ceramic element; (iii) first sintering the ceramic element under reduction ambience including H2 gas and N2 gas; (iv) coating the surface of the ceramic element with diffusion agent; (v) drying the coated ceramic element for 10 min. at 80 deg.C; and (vi) second sintering the coated ceramic element placed on a Zirconia setter under atmosphere at 1120-1150 deg.C.
