<p>A method comprises (i) mixing fuel materials 95-98% (obtd. by mixing chaff, straw, crops stem, saw dust, wood pieces, tree leaves, grass leaves, waste fabric and waste paper, crushing, compressively drawing and cutting), alk. co-material 3-15% (i.e. KOH, NaOH, Ca(OH)2) and water plants 2-5%, (ii) heat-extruding the mixt. into a molded fuel, and (iii) coating waste fat-oil 10-20% (obtd. from adding alk. 3-10% to vegetable/animal/mineral fat-oil, mixing at 1000-2000 rpm and 20- 100 deg.C for 10-30 min) onto fuel surface or part of cut-face.</p> |
