PRODUCING METHOD FOR EXPRESSION VECTOR PHK-3

The method of preparing plasmid vector pHK-3 which produces the useful polypeptide with high yields comprises: (a) cleaving pIN III A3 plasmid DNA with restriction enzyme, PstI and NdeI; (b) seperating DNA fragment by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis; (c) cleaving pHC 314 plasmid DNA with restriction enzyme, Pst [and NdeI and seperating 1.3Kb of DNA by electrophoresis; (d) ligating 1.3Kb and 1.6Kb of DNA by T4 DNA ligase.
