PURPOSE:To easily produce the ordering information and at the same time to greatly decrease the ordering mistakes by obtaining and storing the ordering quantity together with the present stock quantity when an operator scans the bar codes for input of the present stock quantity. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 13 storing the commodity information on a department where the ordering jobs are performed is put into an IC card case 11, an IC card reading part 23 reads a commodity information memory part 31 storing the product information on the commodity codes, the standard stock quantity, etc. The read commodity information is stored in a temporary memory part 28. Then a bar code reading part 21 scans and reads the bar codes and the commodity information on the commodity codes corresponding to the bar codes read by a commodity information retrieving part 26 is retrieved by the part 28 via an interface part 22. Then the commodity information on the retrieved commodity codes, etc., is displayed at a display part 30. |
