The invention relates to a device, the combination and assembly, carried out by the user, of all or some of the articulated elements of which determine combinations forming lamps. It consists of an assembly: base 19, conductive structural bars 1 and lamps with translucent reflector 23, to be assembled and immobilised by a fastening device introduced at the conducting articulations 7, 2, 25. The two pairs of articulations of the base 7 make it possible to form two independent networks of bars which each supports and electrically supplies at least one lamp. Manipulation of each network may allow juxtaposition or superposition of the lamps so as to form a new entity whose lighting properties vary according to the attachment of different diffusing walls to the reflector 23.
