PURPOSE:To shorten working manhour for fixing a case, to eliminate a welding facility, and to decrease a space for fixing by installing a locking mechanism having locking parts where a metal case is fixed by only one operation. CONSTITUTION:A metal case consists of a case 14-a and a case 14-b, and the case 14-a has the four locking parts 17, 17'. The case 14-b has the corresponding four recesses 18, 18', each of which has a central part 20, which is wider than the locking part 17, and a locking part 19. Both cases are fixed by inserting the locking parts 17, 17' into the recesses 18, 18' and are locked by the elasticity of a separator of a unit cell which is put in the cases. The cases are designed so that a pressure of 5-40kg/100cm<2> is applied to the cell after the cases are fixed. The tensile strength(TS) per locking part is designed so as to satisfy the following equation. TS(kg)=40(kg/100cm<2>)Xcase area(cm<2>)divided by the number of locking points. |
