A weft inserting appts. for shuttleless loom includes a supply section (A) comprising driving pulleys (3,3') and driven pulleys (4,4') suspended by belts (5,5'), a withdrawal section (B) comprising a guide duct (9) and a speed reduction roller (10) near the supply section, and a transportation section (C) comprising rollers (14,15) with vanes (16,17) rotatably mounted in rectangular apertures (11) at the end portion of the withdrawal section. A weft supplying piece (19) passes through the belts rotating at a high speed, and an elastic piece (30) of the weft supplying piece is released and discharged from a spring (27) when leaving the belts, such that a weft (18) kept in the holding piece (28') may pass through warps (37) .
