PURPOSE:To purify CO2 by PSA system capable of keeping the concn. of product CO2 constant even when the concn. of raw material gas is fluctuated, by controlling the amt. of washed gas supplied to a washing process, according to the detected concn. of CO2 in the raw material gas. CONSTITUTION:In a device for producing CO2 by PSA system, 3 vessels charged with adsorbent consisting of carbonaceous adsorbent such as active carbon are successively used for adsorbing, washing and desorbing processes in a fixed time cycle, respectively. And, for increasing the purity of the product gas, the gas already produced as product is usually supplied to the washing process. In this case, the flow rate of the supplied product gas is increased and decreased, according to the detected concn. of CO2 in the exhaust gas. Thereby, even when the concn. of CO2, raw material, in the exhaust gas, is fluctuated, the purity of the product CO2 can be kept constant. |
