<p>PURPOSE:To utilize an IC card as a telegram medium by recording a sender's voice in an IC card able to record and reproduce a voice and sound-reproducing the card by a receiver. CONSTITUTION:A sender transmits his natural voice at a transmitting station to a receiving station and this is executed by a telephone transmitting. The natural voice of the sender is recorded in the IC card by an IC card voice recorder and the recorded IC card is sent to a receiver by a messenger. Thus, for the telegram content, since the natural voice is sent by the IC card in this case, the IC card can be utilized as a telegram medium.</p> |
