EXAMPLE:1-(Z)-Crotyldimethylsilyl-3alpha-(1-(R)-t-butyldimethylsilylox yethyl)-4beta- acetoxyazetidin-2-one. USE:A raw material for producing 1-alkylcarbopenem compound, etc., useful for antimicrobial agents. PREPARATION:A 4-eliminating group-substituted azetidinone compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a (substituted or non-substituted allyl) halosilane compound expressed by formula III in the presence of an acid receptor under mild condition. |
