PURPOSE:To automate the handling of a product and to shorten a product taking-out/ receiving control time to a large extent, by a method, a holding member of the product M released and extruded from a mold is mounted in a freely detachable manner in opposed relation to a product arranging stand and an extrusion mechanism is arranged at the moving position of a product holding part. CONSTITUTION:A product holding member 20 for holding the product M released and extruded from a mold 1 by an ejection pin and moving said product from the opening surface position of the mold to detach the same is mounted at an opening surface position in a freely detachable manner, and a product arranging stand 30 having to stock the product M and the extrusion mechanism 40 arranged in opposed relation to the product arranging stand 30 and extruding the product are arranged at the moving position of the product holding member 20 to constitute a foamed resin molding apparatus. The aforementioned extrusion mechanism 40 arranged in opposed relation to the product arranging stand 30 has a cylinder 42 equipped with a push plate 41 and extrudes the product M mounted on the product holding member 20 to the product arranging stand 30 in an arranged state. This mechanism 40 is arranged directly under the mold 2 to contribute to the contraction of an anchor space. |
