PURPOSE:To set predetermined suction pressure within a definite short time without interrupting operation, by setting only the definite volume part of a receiving part to predetermined pressure necessary for suction. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 5 can cut the object 34 to be sucked entering a suction port part 30 and the cut object 34 to be sucked is sucked by a suction apparatus 1. The cylinder 100 of the suction apparatus 1 has a definite volume part 101 and a variable volume part 102. The object 34 to be sucked in an eyeball 13 is guided to the definite volume part 101 from the suction port part 30 through the first passage 8 and, when suction advances and the object 34 to be sucked in the definite volume part 101 reaches a level A to be detected by the first receiving state detector 112, a motor 212 is operated. When a piston 210 is moved downwardly to allow the object 34 to be sucked in the definite volume part 101 of the cylinder to reach a level B, the piston 210 is stopped. When suction is further continued to repeat the above mentioned operation and the piston 210 is applied to a lower limit stopper 100b, suction is stopped and this state is informed to an operation part. |
