REPRODUCING DEVICE OF DISC-LIKE RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE:To confirm the remainder of reproducing time, by dispalying reproducing time changed every moment simultaneously with the reading-out of the completion time of recording which has been previously recorded in a disc. CONSTITUTION:A pickup 3 reads out a signal recorded in the disc 1 optically and inputs the read-out signal to a signal processing circuit 5 through a pre- amplifier 4. The signal from the disc 1 is demodulated by the circuit 5 and divided into a music signal and a time information; the time information is stored in a storage device in the signal processing circuit 5. The time information from the circuit 5 is inputted to a selecting circuit 9. The recording completion time stored in the original part of the sisc is stored in a storage device 10 and the time changed every moment is stored in a storage device 11. Consequently, the maximum recording time recorded in the disc and the reproducing time changed every moment can be observed.
