PURPOSE:To eliminate a gap generated at a butt-joint part by integer installing a male-type clip which is integrally formed with another interior finishing member having a bulged part at the top circumferential edge part. CONSTITUTION:A female-type clip part 13 is inserted into a circular hole 16 formed at a prescribed position on a chassis panel 7. A B-member which forms the outside part of the edge parts which is lapped after installation is brought into contact with a A-member at the respective butt-joint parts 10 and 14, and a male-type clip part 15 is inserted into the insertion hole 12 on the female-type clip part 13 and fixed. Said male-type clip part 13 is pushed and spread in the circumferential direction, and fitting with the circular hole 16 is tightened, and while, when the bulged part 17 of the male-type clip part 15 is passed through the insertion hole 12, certain fitting is permitted by the elasticity of the female- type clip part 13 in the direction of axis center. |
