摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a small-scale lightweight blood flow velocity detector requiring no alignment of an optical system, by forming an irradiation part for irradiating a living body with light, the whole or part of a detection part for reflected light receiving Doppler shift or change in the intensity of radiation by the blood flow of the living body and the whole or part of a detection part for reflected light receiving optical integration on a substrate using optical integrating technique. CONSTITUTION:The light 24 from a light source 40 emitting beam having frequency different from that of a semiconductor laser 6 is incident to the axis of reflected light 22 or in the vicinity thereof by the action of a half mirror 42. This light becomes illumination light used when an observation point 11 is accurately placed on the blood vessel of the eyeground. A part of the reflected light 22 becomes light 26 but the remaining transmitted light 23 is formed into an image on an image sensor 41 by the action of a lens 43. The signal processed by an image signal processor 45 is displayed on a display device 45. An operator finely moves a substrate using a fine movement mechanism while confirms the image of the eyeground displayed on the display device 46 so as to accurately place the observation point 11 on the blood vessel. As mentioned above, an optical system other than one for confirming the image of the eyeground can be integrated on one substrate and an eyeground blood flow detector stable in alignment can be realized.</p>
