PURPOSE: A functional tea producing method using a cocoon, and a functional powder producing method using the mechanochemical technology are provided to enable a user to absorb polypeptide components. CONSTITUTION: A functional tea producing method using a cocoon shell comprises the following steps: washing the cocoon with water or a solvent with the proper temperature; drying the cocoon and dipping the dried cocoon to several kinds of extracts; warm air drying or freeze-drying the cocoon impregnated with extracts; and crush-activating the mixture with a crusher with a mechanochemical effect.
