<p>PURPOSE:To make the best use of the heat-resistant properties of thermoplastic polyester resin, reduce its thermal conductivity and improve further the heat resistance, by composing a laminate of a thermoplastic polyester resin layer and a foamed layer made by expanding a specified ethylene copolymer mixture by a specified times. CONSTITUTION:A foamed layer made by expanding an ethylene copolymer mixture by 1.1-60 and a resin layer composed of thermoplastic polyester resin are laminated, where the mixing ratio of the copolymer I composed of ethylene and a monomer having at least a kind of polar group selected from alpha,beta-unsat urated monocarbonic acid, alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarbonic acid, its anhydride and half ester groups is 1-99%, the ratio of the sum of carboxyl group and carbonic acid anhydride group therein and the sum of hydroxyl group in mixed ethylene copolymer II and glycidyl group is 0.2:1-5:1 in molar ratio, the copolymerization ratio of ethylene is 30-99.5wt.% in said copolymers and the ratio of copolymer of the monomer having the polar group is 30-99.5wt.%.</p> |
