PURPOSE:To improve operativity when jamming is handled by fixedly providing a storing part in a device main body by separate it from a cleaner unit and providing the container unit with an opening/closing member which opens/closes the exhaust port of the cleaner unit. CONSTITUTION:An waste toner box 20 is separated from the cleaner unit 13, and fixedly provided inside the device main body. Accordingly, when the cleaning unit 13 is pulled out, or when the clamshell is opened, the waste toner box 20 is not interruptive. A shutter 13 which opens/closes the exhaust port 13a is provided on the cleaner unit 13. Accordingly, when the cleaner unit 13 is pulled out or when the clamshell is opened, toner is not dropped. Thus the operability can be improved when the cleaner unit 13 is pulled out from the device main body 1 and is put outside it, or when the clamshell is opened and jam handling is performed. |
