PURPOSE:To obtain the title complex useful as e. g. a catalyst for oxidation coupling reaction in industrially easy operation without substantially containing a bischelate complex, by reacting palladium nitrate bischelate complex with palladium nitrate in an aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION:(A) palladium nitrate bischelate complex expressed by the formula L2.Pd(NO3)2 (L is basic bidentate ligand) is reacted with (B) palladium nitrate of equimolar or more amount based on the component A in an aqueous solution to provide the aimed complex expressed by the formula L.Pd(NO3)2. Furthermore the component B is preferably used at an amount of 1-1.2 times based on the component A and L is preferably 1,10-phenanthroline or 2,2'-bipyridine. |
