Secondly, an elastic ring 5 is arranged on an upper shoulder part 14 of an annular flange 20 of a sleeve 2 integrally molded with a lever 19 and a clutch sleeve 4 screwed to the handle adapter 6 is pressurized, Then, the lower shoulder part 12 of the annular flange 20 pressurizes the upper-side surface 13 of the handle adapter 6 so that the sleeve 2 and the handle adapter 6 are engaged with each other by friction. This constitution can open/close the water by operation of the lever 19. |
