PURPOSE: To fasten in an ensured way and eliminate the risk of the straps breaking by mounting a second strap at the end of a second device and enabling a first strap to be fastenable in a fixed position of a first device with respect to the second device. CONSTITUTION: When a strap 9 is inserted into the passage of a U-shaped constituent 1, a fastening lever 3 is disposed horizontally or slightly inclined downward. When the trap is inserted to the desirable length, the lever 3 is pushed upward to the position as shown in the drawing. In this position, the lever 3 compresses the strap 9 to both the base of a hook-shaped portion of the constituent 1 and an open cylinder 7. This is the result of the traction forces acting on the two straps 9, 10 in opposite directions as shown by the arrows f1 and f2 . The resultant of these traction forces acts as the torque producing the force for pivoting the lever 3 upward, and hence fastening the strap 9 in the passage and open cylinder 7. Thus it is possible to fasten in an ensured way. |
