PURPOSE: To always enable the passing of air in an axial direction by allowing only a part of at least one exhaust port of an air pipeline opened on both sides thereof to communicate with a limited free notch part or a lateral pipeline in a lateral or radial direction and arranging the notch part or the pipeline to the end surface and/or insertion side surface of the shaft part of a sealing cap. CONSTITUTION: A sealing cap 10 has an internal space 2 including a hermetically sealing insert element 23 equipped with a hermetical seal region 22 by forming an insertion port 21 to a shaft part 1. The air pipeline 5 separated from the internal space 2 by the intermediate wall 3 closed with respect to the outside by a lid part 4 communicates with a free notch part 55 wherein a front exhaust port 51 is provided to an insertion side surface 11 and an end surface side exhaust port 52 is provided between two curved edge lid parts 42 of an end surface 12. The air pipeline 5 communicates with the internal space 2 or insertion hole 21 of the sealing cap 10 even in the region of the insertion side surface 11 through a wall part through-hole 31. By this constitution, air circulation from the end surface 12 to the insertion side surface 11 or in the reverse route is always enabled. |
