<p>High performance polymer systems based on water dispersed polyurethanes obtained from the reaction of NCO terminated prepolymers with a peroxide compound containing at least one active hydrogen atom, methods of making such polymer systems and their use as hydrolytically stable flexible substrate bonding agents are disclosed. Flexible packages, e.g, retortable laminate pouches, are formed by bonding together sections of films, foils or like flexible substrates using such as adhesives.</p> |
