PURPOSE:To prevent fusion-cut of a silver heating element by forming a thin metal film through reduction of ceramic component to 20wt.% or lower than, which component fixing silver, at the bottom of an earthen pot main body, and thereby enable the body to follow abrupt thermal expansion when it is used under loadless operation, burning conditions and the like. CONSTITUTION:An earthen main body 1 is composed having eucryptite as its main component, and an annular base 1a is formed on the outer bottom member thereof. Silver and ceramic component comprising glass frit for fixing this silver on the outer bottom face of the body 1 are used as silver paste with the content of the ceramic component being 20wt.% or lower than. A thin metal film having silver as its main component is formed on the bottom outer face by using this silver paste. When this body 1 is put in an induction heating cocking utensil, the film 2 is heated with a swirl current so that the heat transmission to the inside of the body 1 is fulfilled. It is thus possible to prevent fusion-cut of a heating element even if loadless operation and burning and the like occur. |
