PURPOSE:To decrease the number of signal conductors by converting pole position sensing signals, Z-phase signals and malfunction detection sensor signals into serial signals and by transmitting said signals. CONSTITUTION:A parallel-serial conversion circuit 32 parallel-serial converts pole-position sensing signals Pu, Pv, Pw from a pole sensor 5, Z-phase signals from a rotary encoder 6 and signals from a malfunction detection sensor 31, and gives said signals to the line driver 34 of a transmission circuit 33. Also, A-phase and B-phase signals from the rotary encoder 6 are given to line drivers 35, 36 of said transmission circuit 33. The output of said line drivers 34-36 is transmitted to line receivers 38-40 via signal conductors 42-47. Further, the serial-parallel conversion circuit 41 of a servo driver 2 converts the output signal of said line receiver 38 into a parallel signal before outputting it. |
