PURPOSE:To make machining efficiency improvable, by installing a synchronous shaft distributing torque into both directions, a transfer mechanism, two rocking shafts, a stroke adjusting device, a cutter head phase adjusting device and two chuck units altogether. CONSTITUTION:The work W held by chuck units 30 and 30 is rotated by a spindle motor 3 via a driving gear inside the L and R gearboxes 1 and 2 connected by a synchronous shaft. And, it is positioned at the specified position of cutter heads 60 and 60 of both L and R cutter head spindle units 40 and 40 by rocking shafts 31 and 31, adjusted by a stroke adjusting device and a cutter head phase adjusting device, whereby the turning center is made into congruity, and it is rocked and rotated at the same radius and the phase, thus a work pin part WP is machined. These cutter heads 60 and 60 machines each alternate pin part in order to prevent mutual interference from occurring. In addition, it is checked by an encoder 80, and if a time lag occurs in revolving speed, it is adjusted by an adjusting motor 44d.
