PURPOSE:To improve dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent and to increase Curie temp., by replacing a part of lead by Ca, Ba or Sr in a lead stannate antimonate-lead titanate-lead zirconate ceramic compsn. and by adding Mg, Cr or Mn as subcomponent. CONSTITUTION:The main component consisting of lead stannate antimonate-lead titanate-lead zirconate of formula (where, A is Ca, Ba, Sr, 0.01<=alpha<=0.1, 0.25<=beta<=0.75, 0.01<=x<=0.2, 0.05<=y<=0.97 and 0.02<=z<=0.94) is added with 0.3-2.5atom% at least one kind among Mg, Cr and Mn as subcomponent, respectively, to constitute a ceramic compsn. for pyroelectric element. When the ceramic compsn. is used in impedance transformation type, material evaluation index for output voltage sensitivity and material evaluation index for specific detection with noise can be improved. |
