<p>PURPOSE:To elevate a percentage of removal of acidic components in waste gas of a dust after removing dusts in an electric precipitator or a cyclone, cooling the waste gas to a temp. of formation of aromatic chlorinated compds., and conducting the gas to a bag filter. CONSTITUTION:Waste combustion gas generated in a dust incinerating furnace 1 is cooled in a gas cooling tower 2 and an air preheater 3, and introduced into an electric precipitator 4a, where dusts are collected therein. Thereafter, a neutralizing agent such as Ca(OH)2, etc., is fed from a neutralizing agent-feeing pipe 5 and reacts with acidic components such as HCl, SO2, etc., and reaction products and unreacted neutralizing agent are collected by the bag filter 6. In this stage, formation of aromatic chlorinated compds. such as polychloro dibenzodioxine, etc. are prevented by adjusting the temp. of the waste gas to 150-250 deg.C. Purified gas is discharged from a stack 10. A cyclone may be used in place of the electric precipitator.</p> |
