PURPOSE:To select a communication opposite party more flexibly and minutely in response to the request of a caller by providing a means realizing in-group communication giving same talking channel to plural groups. CONSTITUTION:When a group 1 and a radio equipment 1-1-1-1 belonging to the group 1 apply calling to a radio equipment group of groups 1, 2 by using in-group communciation, a control signal representing the communication mode to be in-group communication, group ID of a caller ID as 1, group ID as 1 and group ID of a destination ID as 1 and a group ID as 2 is sent to a central controller 4 by using an incoming control channel. The central controller 4 retrieves an idle talking channel to decide a talking channel f1 to be assigned and gives information of it to all radio equipments in existence in a radio zone 6 that the relevant radio equipments 1-1-1-n, 1-1-2-n are to camp on the said talking channel f1. |
