<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the control work load of plant machinery, by mounting a process quantity-of-state detector, a detection signal converter, an IC card having memory and operation functions, a card reader-writer and a portable data reader. CONSTITUTION:The quantity of state at every machinery and process is detected by a detector 2 and converted to numerical control data by a signal converter 3 to be read in an inserted IC card 4. The control items and other data of the machinery to be controlled are received in the card 4. When the card 4 is inserted in a portable data reader 8 on the spot, operation is performed instantaneously to display the capacity of the machinery on a display part. When the card is inserted in a reader-writer 6 and control data is sent to a central computer 5, the analysis, totalization and recording of collected control data are performed consistently. By this constitution, the keeping and processing of machinery control data can be dispersed and installation cost can be reduced.</p> |
