The device includes a means for holding the movable button, remaining pressed against the neck opening (collar size) in its relaxation position. On the one hand, it consists of a fabric tab 5A at the free end on which is fastened, at a precise point 7A, the button 7; tab and button, in the relaxation position, pinch the material of the button hole 6, enabling the button to remain perfectly pressed against the neck opening (collar size). On the other hand, the means consists of a single collar-sham yoke 10 and tab 5A' which, while carrying the button 7, is reincorporated inside the neck opening (collar size) via the button hole eyelet 6.
