This clutch includes at least one flyweight 11 and preferably two, located in a bell 3 radially to the output shaft 2 of the motor 1, subjected to the action of an elastic member 21 for return towards a clutch-released position at rest and capable of being driven by the centrifugal force developed by the rotation of the shaft 2 of the motor 1 into a clutch-engaged position in which it is engaged with the bell 3. The bell 3 is internally provided with a stressed spring 24 bearing frictionally on the internal wall of the bell, and provided with at least one clutch engagement dog 24a and preferably two, capable of interacting with the flyweight(s) 11. The spring 24 limits the torque and makes it possible to prevent rebound in the event of abrupt stopping of the bell 3 at the end of travel of the actuator. <IMAGE>
