PURPOSE:To provide the subject process where a hopper scale, mixing plate, hopper and feeder are equipped downward in this order and the next set of these means are successively actuated keeping pace with the carrying speed of the conveyor, thus feeding articles metered on the conveyor while blending. CONSTITUTION:A hopper scale 2, mixing plate 3, hopper 4, and feeder 5 are equipped downward in this order. The hopper scale 2 located uppermost at the conveyor 6 starts to operate, and when an article carried on the conveyor 6 reaches the position of the next hopper scale 2, this hopper scale 2 is actuated. Similarly, sequential sets of the above means located downstream are actuated in succession. |
