The wall hook has a forwardly projecting head part (1) and integral downwardly adjoining spine part (2) from which a hook support arm (3) projects up and out from the middle. The spine part (2) has, at the back, a self adhesive layer (5) which is thicker than the spacing (a) between the parallel planes in which the spine and wall support face (4) lie. The wall hook can now be temporarily fixed by the adhesive and then secured by driving a nail (7) through a hole (6) in the head part (1) and into the wall. ADVANTAGE - Easier positioning and fixing of the wall hook.
