<p>PURPOSE:To make a filament lengthy and use it for a long time by constituting the filament with a linear core material and a wire wound on it. CONSTITUTION:A filament 1 is constituted of a linear core material 1a and a wire 1b wound on it. The linear core material 1a is made of a heat-resistant insulating material, and the wire 1b is bundled with multiple wires. The filament 1 is supported by filament supports 2 and applied with the tensile force by the plate spring effect of the supports 2 and kept at the proper relative position with a Wehnelt cylinder 3. Even when the thermal deformation due to the operation of the filament 1 is generated, the core material 1a holds the preset tensile force by the plate spring effect and retains the proper attitude, and the wire 1b adequately shrinkably maintains the wound attitude.
