In this torsion damper device there is the involvement of at least one bearing 14 including a first radial portion 15 which, inserted radially between a hub 10 and a washer 12, extends at least partly round the edge of a shoulder 16 secured to the hub 10, and a second radial portion 18 which, axially offset with respect to the previous one, and in the radially opposite direction to the latter, extends axially between the washer 12 and an annular flange 11. According to the invention, the washer 12 has, projecting radially from its internal periphery, at least one tab 21 which is engaged in an incision 22 locally interrupting, correspondingly, and in a complementary way, the radial portion 15 of the bearing 14 concerned, and via which it is locally substituted for it.
