PILL DISTRIBUTOR EQUIPPED WITH STEPWISE MOVABLE PILL DISCHARGE DEVICE

PURPOSE: To prevent erroneous dispensation of pills from occurring by mounting the pills releasable in a specified order and providing a device which can release mechanically the pills in accordance with it. CONSTITUTION: A strip 10 is a blister type package and each pill is independently hermetically sealed in a transparent plastic package 20 and the bottom part 16 comprises a foil material and a position just below the pill is a weak position 18. A pill releasing device 22 is mounted on a compact 2 and is provided with a bendable member 24 and e.g. a click mechanism is provided between the compact 2 and it slides on the compact 2 from the left to the right and is clicked at a specified position but it is hardly movable from the right to the left. When a pill is taken, arrangement of the pills and calender data are made to coincide with each other in advance in such a way that the releasing device 22 is stepwisely moved and a calender information such as a day of the week on a calender strip 67 is put in the frame of a window 75 and bendable member 24 is pushed down to make a specified pill spring out from the back side of the compact.
