PURPOSE: To improve flexibility in floor planning by partitioning a prefabricated construction with a ceiling inside a building by wall panels to form a plurality of rooms for plumbing fixture. CONSTITUTION: A construction C with a ceiling is built up by prefabrication inside a building, and required space is totally surrounded and partitioned. This space is partitioned into each section by partition wall panels P... to provide required space for forming a plurality of room spaces for plumbing fixture and these room spaces are allotted to washrooms S1 , S3 , a dressing room S2 , a resting room S4 , a hot-water service room S5 , and the like. Mutual spatial flexibility among the room spaces can therefore be improved. |
